Part of the Ramco Group – a conglomerate of over 20 companies, our business approach is a commitment to maintaining professional standards while manufacturing the best polythene products utilising carefully selected raw materials.
We manufacture and distribute polythene products to the agricultural, horticultural, food and beverage industries across East Africa and beyond to include Zambia, Malawi and Israel. In addition we also supply custom made packaging material to individual clients.
Polythene Industries exports over 15% of its total production. The company exports 20% in East Africa through direct exportation and exports 5% indirectly through “fish exporters”. Steady growth and expansion will see us expand our exports in the “COMESA” region by up to 40% in the near future.
In an effort to protect the environment we have our very own recycling plant to ensure that nothing is discarded or wasted.
